Who should join?
For Officials looking to referee Adult League, you should be in your 3rd year of officiating or if you are already officiating 16U/18U or higher or you have played Juniors, NCAA D1/D3, or Pro, in which case you might be able to begin Adult League officiating right away.
If you are a 2nd year official please contact us.
-
Are there any Annual Dues and how do I sign up?
Yes, there is a $10.50 Annual Dues that should be paid before you start reffing games, if you do not pay in advance there is a $5.00 additional administrative fee which comes out of your first ACH payment.
To sign-up, click the Join link at the top of the page.
-
Do you charge a monthly assigning fee?
Absolutely Not! There is a small ACH (Direct Deposit) fee that is currently $1.10 per month, but what you see for your rate is what you get paid, no hidden fees that change every year.
-
When and how will I be paid?
All League Contracts require payments are paid before the 10th of the month, therefore, you should expect payments no later than the 15th. In September 2025 Adult League payments were released on September 10th.
You will need to sign up for Horizon Pay once you have signed up for Horizon Web Ref, there is a One-Time Fee to sign up for Horizon Pay.

Can I work for other Officiating Organizations?
ABSOLUTELY! Happy to share any information about how you are progressing with other officiating organizations and if you have a schedule conflict happy to work with the other organization to find a replacement here or there.
